Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix
  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
  1. Remove ground sausage from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before preparing.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine room temperature sausage and biscuit mix. Mix with your hands until well combined.
  4. Add shredded Cheddar cheese and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Roll mixture into about 30 walnut-sized balls (approximately 1-inch balls). Transfer to prepared baking sheets, spaced evenly apart.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and sausage is cooked through.
