- Remove ground sausage from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before preparing.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine room temperature sausage and biscuit mix. Mix with your hands until well combined.
- Add shredded Cheddar cheese and mix until fully incorporated.
- Roll mixture into about 30 walnut-sized balls (approximately 1-inch balls). Transfer to prepared baking sheets, spaced evenly apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and sausage is cooked through.
